Grand River Donation supports Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services

Grand River contacted Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services in November to ask how they could help the youth there. As requested, Grand River donated three crib/pack and plays and four cases of baby formula.

The Children and Family Services Division at Cuyahoga County has been protecting abused and neglected children in the area for more than 50 years. Their mission is to assure that children at risk of abuse and neglect are protected and nurtured with a family and with the support of the community. The service strives for safety, permanency, and well-being for every child they serve.

The need for local companies to support this mission is invaluable, and led by Harry Harris, Maintenance Supervisor at Grand River, the team at Carmeuse was able to meet the request of County Children and Family Services.
