Carmeuse Annville supports local schools with supply
The Carmeuse Annville Operation, PA, showed its support for students attending local schools with a donation of supplies. The gift to the Palmyra Area School District included backpacks, exercise books and folders, and stationary, and will give students the tools they need to begin the new term on 30th August with confidence.
The school district encompasses about 30 square miles of Lebanon County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Comprising a high school, middle school and four elementary schools, it is responsible for the education of about 3500 students.
The supplies were purchased with a $150 donation from Annville employees and will help the district in its mission to provide equal opportunity for all to access a positive educational environment – and to empower every student to reach their unique potential.
