Carmeuse employee promotes local charity on radio broadcast

Carmeuse touches the local communities around Ohio in many ways, and this March, Brian Horvath, Site Operations Manager at Carmeuse Grand River plant was recently interviewed on a local radio station, Light Mix 97.1.

During the interview, Brian emphasized the importance of being a mentor of Torchlight Youth Mentoring Alliance and of the charitable role Carmeuse embraces through their continued support of the organization over the years. 

Torchlight Youth Mentoring Alliance, (formerly Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Ohio), helps young people reach their highest potential as responsible, adaptable, and caring adults through volunteer mentoring schemes and educational programs that teach entrepreneurial, business, and life skills to high school students.
