Drummond Island Donates Safety Gear to First Responders

On April 16th, our Drummond Island operation donated safety glasses and gloves to local first responders and healthcare workers to protect them during the COVID-19 pandemic. The protective gear was donated to several EMS agencies, fire departments, medical clinics and assisted living facilities. 

Clark Township EMS, Pickford EMS and Fire Department, Drummond Island Health Family Clinic, Alcona Health Center, Cedar Cove Assisted Living Center and Pennington Home all received donations from the Carmeuse team.

The Drummond Island team effort was organized by Patrick Lamb, Site Operation Manager, and Tracy Reichlin, Human Resources.
