Maple Grove and Motion Industries Donates Safety Goggles to Middle School

In 2019 Carmeuse MG made a donation to Fremont Middle School’s science and technology departments of 240 pairs of safety glasses/googles. When this school year started, the middle school principal reached out to see if Carmeuse would be willing to donate again.  

Due to Covid-19 the middle school was asked to lend their ultraviolet cleaning system that would normally sanitize the glasses so multiple kids could wear them to the county. Carmeuse, along with the generous donation from Motion Industries, supplied the same order to the middle school so kids in school don’t have to share glasses during the pandemic.  

Fremont Middle School principal, Erin Parker, expressed her appreciation for Carmeuse and Motion Industries partnering up to help make the kids’ learning experience safer during these times. Josh Smith from Motion Industries mentioned how honored he is to be able to help us with such an important cause.
