Carmeuse’s Port Inland operation continues to support the local community and employees by donating safety gear.

On April 28, our Maple Grove operation made several donations to local organizations— students in an afterschool program, the Boy Scouts.

During the month of April, our Grand River operation celebrated Earth Day and Arbor Day by planting crab apple and honey crisp apple trees on the site property.

During the month of April, the Grand River operation purchased 40 boxes of Girl Scout cookies from a local troop. 

On April 22, the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, 24 employees from Carmeuse’s Winchester, VA, operation participated in an Adopt-a-Mile Earth Day cleanup.

During the month of April, our Middletown, VA, operation donated family-sized meals to employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
