In 1998, we began the adventure of Knowledge Management, when Dominique Collinet, the father of Rodolphe Collinet, decided to create the "Kiln Bible", a document that would capture the knowledge of all our engineers concerning our kilns.
Knowledge Management as we know it now was launched later, in 2011. Today, also embracing sustainability and safety, it is a real facilitator for sharing knowledge, capturing it and making sure people have access to this knowledge. People believe in the value of sharing and welcome new ideas or new knowledge easily: “Share more, Know More, Grow More”.
Today, we celebrate 10 years of Knowledge Management, reaffirming the importance of this initiative, in a conversation with Danielle Knott, Chief HR Officer and Jeff Bittner, Senior VP of Operations, the sponsor of this project.
We invite you to watch the video and celebrate this moment together with us.
